"I had not had any prior Reiki experience before meeting Tania. The whole concept was foreign to me but on the advice of other friends who regularly attend Reiki sessions, I decided to enrol in Tania’s Reiki 1 workshop. From our first telephone call I could hear she was a friendly, energetic and enthusiastic person. Later I would discover she is also a skilled practitioner and teacher of Reiki.
I attended her weekend workshop for Level 1 Reiki, with an excitement and anticipation I had not felt for a long time.
The workshop space was welcoming, with a variety of large round cushions, yoga mats, rugs and chairs. As a group we were varied in ages, most of us not having experienced Reiki.
Tania has the ability to put everyone at ease, to open up conversations and as a group I believe we acknowledged the safe sacred space we were in and allowed ourselves to be vulnerable.
Tania answered all our questions on the method of Reiki, explained what would happen during the weekend workshop before leading us in the first meditation.
The whole weekend felt like such a gift. I lost all sense of time as I was exposed to this ancient tradition of healing. The sensations I felt in my body were deep and powerful, from the warmth and tingling in my hands, to the calmness and deep relaxation I felt as we completed each session.
By the end of the weekend workshop I had clarity and focus, but also felt very relaxed and open. I felt a deep connection with the energy of Reiki.
This form of energy healing has amazed me and I look forward to continuing on with my journey and applying the principles of Reiki 2 in the future.
Tania is a true healer; she is very caring and only has the best intentions for her client. She makes you feel at ease and opens the channel of communication so that you can ask her anything. Her knowledge and experience is wide and she is happy and enthusiastic to share information.
